You may not remember me, but we went to High School together. Thinking back, I believe all of us would have thought a proposal like HB 1267 was ridiculous and dismissed it as an issue no one would support. My how times have changed. What used to be crazy is now accepted and what was accepted is now crazy.
I hope that you have no intention of supporting or voting for such lunacy.
In addition to the state proposing that renting a woman’s body is a valuable thing for the state, there are some other very compelling reasons to reject this bill at face value. (Include some of the HB 1267 talking points.)
I did notice the House made some minor amendments relating to some of these concerns, but I hope you will see the folly that is being embarked upon here and reject this bill outright.
